Today I start my 12 nights off work.

So I dare say I’ll be mooching around here more often.

Have some gin and tonic and some prosecco gummy sweets for your time.

The G&T are awful, the prosecco are really good though.

While there is a small amount of gin in the gummies.

There isn’t in the gin and tonic yogurts.

It’s just gin ‘flavour’.

I can only eat some many Fruit Pastilles, Wine Gums (no wine), Fruit Gums, etc... before my jaw just aches.

Yea those fruit gums will kill ya, they are one of my favorite picks from the U.K. Section of the grocery store. Gummy candy in the US is all super soft like the Haribo gummies.

Gummies should have texture, too soft is neither here nor there, but too firm can cause my jaw to ache and sometimes click.

Man do I miss those little stores. My sister used to live in Kent, it’s nice having her back in the states but it makes traveling across the pond a lot more expensive.

I gave up gummy candy when I went vegan because most all of it has gelatin in it. And I fucking LOVED gummy candy.

I make do with Sour Patch Kids and other similar stuff that’s chewy but doesn’t have that full gummy springiness, because they’re free of gelatin.

Right now Trader Joe’s Super Sour Scandinavian Swimmers are sitting proudly atop my power rankings. They’re the sour version of TJ’s knockoff Swedish Fish which were already better than real Swedish Fish, but the sour ones are on a whole other level.
